Delivery time

If you place your order before 11 a.m. we will process it the same day. Please note that we are unable to change a delivery address once the order has been processed. In case you did not collect your order we are unable to re-send your order.

Cancelling your order
If you are based in the EU, under the Consumer Protection (Distance Selling) Regulations 2000 (DSRs), you have the right to cancel your order with us provided you give us written notice. Notice can be given up until 7 working days from the day you received your order. We will issue you with a full refund excluding the return shipping costs as soon as we receive the product back. Please note that  you will need to return the complete order to us. Please secure proper packaging for shipping, as it is your responsibility that your order reaches us in good condition. We recommend retaining a proof of shipment from your postal service in case of disputes. If we do not receive the cancelled order back, we will arrange to have it collected from you at your cost.

Reimbursement

In case you are not satisfied with your order and wish to return items, you will receive a refund. Your refund will be credited to the original purchaser's payment card or PayPal account, within 5 days after we’ve received your package. During sale periods, this might take longer. Unfortunately, it is not possible to exchange items.  

Please note that in any case returning shipping costs are at your expenses.
